Mongol Derby rider falls off his horse The Mongol Derby is the longest, toughest horse race in the world. It's the Khaan's mother of equine adventures, a 1000 km multi-horse race across the epic wilderness of the Mongolian steppe.

It launched in 2009 so with three barn-stormingly adventuresome editions under it's horsey belt it is time to asses the race via the wonders of The Adventurists imaginatively titled 'In Numbers' series.
