Pictograms from the Space Station
In our most recent bite sized chunk of partially digested adventure news we mentioned the 1 millionth photo having been taken on the International Space Station. It would appear that astronaut Don Pettit has been furiously clicking his shutter button once again taking some fandangley long exposure photos from the windows of his space house.
If you are so technically intrigued, Mr. Pettit explains how the photos were taken: "My star trail images are made by taking a time exposure of about 10 to 15 minutes. However, with modern digital cameras, 30 seconds..." bla bla bla. Anyway. Here are some colourful squares to entertain you. Well done that man.
P.S. You're a bastard for being in space while we're not. Yet.
