Shelley Bates*

Shelley was still tracking into the evening, 2 km short of station 15 – it was after 10pm so likely to have walked the horse in but it started raining so it wouldn’t have been a good night to camp alone so probably an intentional decision to ride on to the station and take the penalty.

This all means there are 11 stations in action tomorrow on Day 7 – number 15 all the way up to the finish.

* = Hors concours - riders marked are still riding but have accepted some kind of outside assistance and are therefore no longer officially competing for a place on the race leaderboard.
