Arthur Boyt is a bone collector and roadkill eater. I'm sure we've all at some point wondered what it would be like to scrape a badger off the road, stick in the oven and serve it up at a dinner party, but usually, we stop at the thought. Arthur hasn't.
He began eating less exotic meats such as pheasant before moving onto Badger and then to the more headline-grabbing, dolphin. It can all seem a little bit unusual to the outsider but we wanted to find out what it's really like to prepare and eat roadkill. Is it odd, or should we all be doing it? Arthur grabbed a fresh hedgehog to help us find out.
