Do I need to know my team name and my team mates straight away?
No, you can change your team name and hire and fire team mates later.

What driving license do I need for the rickshaw in India?
You need to get an International Driving Permit with Category A stamped, allowing you to drive three-wheeled light vehicles. How you get this and what driving license you need depends on where you're from. Get in touch if you're not sure.
