The Adventurists' first foray into South America was a test run, and a tall order. The teams drove VW Beetles from Quito in Ecuador across many countries, jungles and mountains to Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. Adventure was had in such magnitude that only 2 out of 8 teams made it anywhere near the finish line! This was a one off adventure that proved South America is the perfect place for making the world less boring.
