The Adventurists' ethos of designing hardcore adventures that raise huge sums of money for the communities they pass through is proving itself a huge success, long may it continue. The teams taking part in our adventures raise massive piles of cash for charity (have a goosey-gander through the links above for more info on that). All the teams taking part have to try to raise a minimum amount of money for charity (usually £1000 per team) and thanks to their hard work and clever tricks our target of raising £1 million should be reached this year. One of our main principles is that we don't blur the line between giving money to charity and having a bloody good adventure. So we don't touch a single penny of the money that is donated, it goes direct to the charity. When you give some of your hard earned cash to a team you can be sure it all goes to the right place. Each event has a selection of official charities that our teams raise money for. This means that each organisation gets a meaningful sum of money to benefit their projects.
